Describe your role at T/CCI.
My new role involves expanded integration with our sales group and customers to provide critical engineering documentation, technical data and modeling. Our customers look to us for collaboration and advancement in program development—this new role will continue to advance our engineering integration with our customers to deliver cost saving, performance-driven solutions. The new role also includes managing departmental resources, scheduling the workload and reviewing the projects in all stages to deliver quality, efficiency and speed to market. T/CCI also has a strong focus on product and technology development—this new role will link R & D and Engineering across our global marketplace.
What’s been your best experience working for T/CCI?
The culture and opportunities at T/CCI have been important to me. The people (even the Cubs fans!) have become close friends. It’s been a challenging and fulfilling experience to represent and develop a diverse line of products across various product groups. To be recognized for my talents and abilities has been very rewarding!
What opportunities do you see in the industry?
From my tenure at T/CCI, it appears that the global market continues to see technology advancing quickly and collaboration with customers is even more critical. I see strong opportunity in product and technology advancements that lower costs and increase performance, quality and efficiencies. Our company model is ideally positioned to deliver on these demands—with new air compressor technology, new product advancements and continued growth in new market sectors on the horizon—the next 10 years will be exciting!
