November 1, 2016 in Blog

Describe your role with TCCI.
I am a Senior Manager at TCCI and I play a leadership role in customer support. I work to understand the needs of our customers and ensure that our team meets those needs. Strategic planning and collaboration with product development is essential for making sure our products meet organization standards and satisfy customer requirements.

What’s been your best experience working for TCCI?
The best thing about working for TCCI has been the ownership and management. The Demirjian family knows how to treat employees and they are a pleasure to work with.

What opportunities do you see in the industry?
Our industry has stiff competition—most of our competitors are large multi-billion dollar companies with established global structures. Our business model prioritizes talent, cost structure and global resources to maintain and build our customer base. Our customers appreciate the way we do business and competitors are noticing our successes. I believe our model will continue to grow our opportunities.

How have your experiences/knowledge from past roles shaped your experience in your current role?
I have worked in the mobile and commercial air conditioning field for 35 years. The best thing I’ve learned is how to truly listen. If you listen, you can solve problems and gain trust. This is paramount in our business.
