Describe your role with TCCI.
As the plant manager of TCCI, I am responsible for the production and maintenance operations of the facility in the Decatur, Illinois location. I make sure everything runs smoothly—and tackle any problems that might arise.

What’s been your best experience working for TCCI?
Working for TCCI has been a great experience—but the opportunity to form and develop our team has been the most rewarding. We have truly remarkable employees that all contribute to the success of the company.

What opportunities do you see in the industry?
I see big things in the future for TCCI. We will start to expand our presence in the coming years so that we can deliver our products to customers on a larger global scale. I’m excited to see how we overcome the challenges of growing our business and tackling new ventures.

How have your experiences/knowledge from past roles shaped your experience in your current role?
I have been fortunate enough to work for TCCI for 28 years—in many diverse positions. I started as a production operator. On my journey to plant manager I learned so much about the company and the trade. Honing my craft in each position has contributed to the knowledge I have today—and the optimism I have for the future of this company.
