According to the European Agricultural Machinery Association, the agricultural machinery market is on track for growth in 2017. As an overall trend, small tractors below 50 hp and large tractors above 150 hp will experience the highest demand. The anticipated spike in the market is due to an increase in consumption and growing value for specialized crops after several years of overproduction that drove prices down. Now, as the supply has decreased, farmers are planning for a surge—and equipment manufacturers should be prepared.
