As part of a $45 million public-private partnership, TCCI is expanding U.S. manufacturing capabilities by producing Made-in-America electric compressors for EV battery and cabin thermal management in Class 3-8 vehicles. “The company is also developing the Climatic Center for Innovation & Research (CCIR), a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to thermal management testing, enabling the validation of advanced components, optimization of energy efficiency, and support for regulatory compliance across diverse applications.”

The academy provides hands-on learning opportunities in engineering, computer science, and advanced manufacturing, developing a skilled workforce to meet the growing demands of the industry.
